Hi Grandma, How have you been hun? I am still here and I will answer any quiestion that I legally can. As far as I know the only infringment of free speech so far is the comprhensive methamphetamine act(making it illegal for anyone to offer information on the procurment of amphetamines). My health hasn't been great, that's why I haven't posted like I use to. Peace, love and respect.

Gee I'm glad you didn't bail out.  A lot of people did...  Nothing new with me, except that my 18yrold "invincible" grandson is cooling his heels in jail for underage possession of alcohol and for possession of mj.  I will go see him on Thursday.  Maybe when he gets home he will appreciate my research better.    I planted the Korean Morning Glory seeds I got from Parkseeds, and am hoping the smell alone of the flowers from these bushes will be enough to keep me happy forever!   Peace, brother!

Im so sorry to hear that grandma. Sounds odd to be charges for alcohol possesion to me. I mean UK had strict regulations and law enforcement but I have never lived in such a place. So how serious are these charges?

It is illegal for a minor--ie, under age 21--in the USA to consume alcohol [maybe not at home, I do not know and do not drink.]
My grandson was drunk in public and was carrying his little pipe when he was stopped by the cop.  Maybe he was so drunk he fell off his skateboard, LOL.
I do not know what the judge told him, but he is going down to his father's town today on the bus to turn himself in for a juvenile offence when he stole 2 candy bars at age 14 and then never did his community service.  Apparently the judge checked his record and came up with that.  He says he also needs to get his Medical Marijuana card and report back to the judge on Apr 30th.  If he does both, then the judge will dismiss the charges.  I am glad they caught him and he is learning to be a man and responsible for his own actions!  At least now he thinks that "jail sucks"  so I guess he will be more careful from now on...

grandma, Your grandson sounds just like I was 5 years ago, maybe even less.   I'm not saying im so high and mighty, but I know i've changed a lot, and if u met the old me, and then the new me, you'd say so to.  If you continue to show him the right path, then he may change faster than you think.    And jail does suck, not fit for animals let alone humans. tell him to get the "aids kit" if he has to go again(hopefully not). he'll know what I mean.

Thanks!  well, his friends bailed him out and he is back home today.  If he wakes up when he said he will, I give him a ride to the greyhound to go take responsibility for his past.  I sure hope he does.  I doubt he could take anything into the jail with him; they put all your stuff in storage while there, but I will pass your message on...
