Anyone know how Amanita Muscaria would do in an herbal liqueur? I would like to find if there are any counterinteractions with alcohol or herbs (sage etc...), and what a good amount would be (say for a liter) for a very subtle effect. And how do you think using dried heads would do as apposed to extract.

I've heard you can soak the mushrooms in milk (bake 'em first just to be safe!) and after you remove the mushrooms, you drink the milk.  Supposed to be pretty nice effects with less of a body load, though as I've never tried it I don't speak from experience.
